A healthy diet with all the nutritions is necessary for a healthy mind and body. Here’s a sample diet plan that parents can follow. Parents are advised to reduce maida and sugar consumption for children of all ages.

MONDAY Puri-Veg. (Dry)/Paratha – Veg | Chapati (Veg) + 1 Fruit
TUESDAY Dosa / Idli / Vada / Upma / Poha / Daliya / Chilla + 1 Fruit
WEDNESDAY  Bread – Butter / Sandwich | Bread Roll / Bread Pakora / Cheese Bread + 1 Fruit
THURSDAY Chinese – Chowmein / Pasta / Noodles
FRIDAY Your child’s favorite meal + 1 Fruit
SATURDAY Dalia/ Oats + 1 Fruit
